What a week...but I want you to have this.

Extraordinary Results:
Goals Setting and AI is the real deal.

Hey hey it’s me Ben,

So last week was a little busy, looking at jobsites and projects to bid on.

If you don’t know, I’m a highway contractor in North Carolina and sometimes my week can get hectic. A typical week for me consists of progress meetings onsite, looking at construction job sites, looking at soon-to-be construction sites, sending out emails to City project managers, and putting bid estimates together. That's what I do professionally.

I’m part of the second generation of a family construction company. With that said, a major motivator for me is to take the company into this next phase of business and consider all the tech and AI that’s out there.

… it’s old news now, but this week I’ve been researching all the ways I can use Chat GPT in my business. One cool thing that I was able to do this week was, upload my project specifications and communicate with it to read the specs and spit out information I was looking for.

Pretty cool, considering these contracts are 250 to 300 pages.

…but now onto you!

This week I was thinking about what it takes to achieve the goals we set for ourselves, so I wrote an article showing you what I do and my thought process.

Here’s my article, The Winning Formula: How to Turn Everyday Efforts Into Extraordinary Results

I hope you can take a few points and incorporate them into your life. It’s been helpful for me.

Anyway, let me know what you think.

And until the next time…keep pushing!

Mastering the Game: Content Marketing, AI Tools, and Timeless Advertising Wisdom 1. I ran across this awesome guide from Copyblogger on how to use content marketing as a small business owner. Look around town and in most cases you’ll notice small businesses in your market and to be frank, there’s not a lot that separates what they do from each other. August 8th The Future of Work: Superhuman Potential at Your Fingertips What’s up gang, Earlier this week, I talked about AI and ChatGPT. This isn’t just a passing topic; it’s a game-changer. Imagine multiplying your skills by 10. I might not have the words to convey this fully, but trust me, AI is a powerful tool at our fingertips, making us all potential superhumans. I watched an episode by Raoul Pal on my beloved YouTube University. While he usually talks about investing, this episode...
