I was reading, Ogilvy on Advertising this weekend and this quote really resonated with me.

“I asked an indifferent copywriter what books he had read about advertising. He told me that he had not read any; he preferred to rely on his own intuition. ‘Suppose, I asked, ‘your gall-bladder has to be removed this evening. Will you choose a surgeon who has read some books on anatomy and knows where to find your gall-bladder, or a surgeon who relies on his intuition? Why should our clients be expected to bet millions of dollars on your intuition?"

That's great, I mean anything you do you gotta study your craft to be a true professional.

Alright, that's all I have for today.

Let's keep it rollin'

Imagine multiplying your skills by 10. I might not have the words to convey this fully, but trust me, AI is a powerful tool at our fingertips, making us all potential superhumans. August 6th ChatGPT and Work: How My Kids Helped Me Get Started "Things have changed." AI is here, or as some might say, "The robots are coming." But honestly, it's not that extreme. Here's what I've noticed: My kids are growing up with the internet like it's just another part of their lives. They don't say, "I need to get on the internet." They just pick up a tablet or whatever device we have lying around and hop online. One day, one of my kids asked me to grab my phone and ask Siri what a...
